IMPL Project operates in some of the most complex regions in the world, but their previous website didn’t convey that authority. It felt like a placeholder rather than the hub of an international NGO. The redesign gave them a platform that finally matched the scale of their work. By introducing a more deliberate visual identity and modern design system, I highlighted both the human impact and the rigorous data behind their programs. The updated site balanced clarity with depth: easy for a casual visitor to understand the mission, but structured enough to showcase reports, surveys, and global projects without overwhelming. The refreshed branding carried over subtle cues, keeping continuity while elevating professional credibility. The result was a site that not only looked better, but functioned as a tool for engagement — whether that meant donors, partners, or the communities they serve.
